RSVP Date

How many weeks/days before your wedding day have you set your RSVP date?

Our RSVP date was 6 weeks before our wedding date. We're still missing some, though, and we're almost a month away now.

our wedding is thge beginning of oct, and i am sending out the invites in early august.

does it matter what day you write? like should it be a monday, friday, or saturday????

I dont think it matters, its up to you. I picked a wednesday because the 1st happened to fall on that date lol

I dont think it matters, its up to you. I picked a wednesday because the 1st happened to fall on that date lol

We're doing 6 weeks. The RSVP date is 10/1. Wedding is 11/14.

I think this might be cutting a little too close for a lot of brides. The only reason is it looks like most girls on here tear their hair out about not getting RSVP's. IMHO if its possible I would not have the date so close to the wedding if at all possible.

My RSVP date is one month before the wedding with no regard to what day it is. Wedding is October 24th, RSVP is sept 24th. I had ne regard for what DAY it was. Just the date.

TOO late now the invites have already been mailed- I am not too worried more than a fifth of our guests have RSVPed already- Worst case I have my mom and FMIL call the family and FH and I will call our friends. It is not something I am going to stress over.
