RSVP date HelllllllPPPPPP!!!

Tomorrow is my 'respond by' date. Of course, like many of you, we are still missing quite a few. About 30 or a little more. When do I call? And when do I put my foot down? And when do I determine the final count?

Our RSVP date was Sept. 13. When the mail came on Monday Sept. 15, I started making calls. Most of the ones that haven't responded are FH's family so him and FMIL are calling these people.

We waited about 1 week after the RSVP date to start calling people. We didn't have to give our final count until tonight, so we had plenty of time. Would you belive we are 1 under our minimum??? LOL

We have to give the head count 10 days before so that takes us to Oct.1st. Is THAT when I determine the final count?

That is when we have our final meeting as well and will give the total then. I want it figured out BEFORE that.

i waited about a week after the RSVP date before I started calling and harassing people! luckily we didn't have too many out there.

Ours is on Saturday and we are still missing over 100

I will give them about another week and then the calls will start.

Give them a week. some people actually put it in the mail the date it says to respond by

i waited about 3 days and started calling and emailing! Why don't people understand that date isn't a suggestion?????

I would wait a few days....i had some people call around if it was FH's friend, my dad called his friend, i had FH call my mom called her family....people get them in...I have to admit...I am the worse person to respond...I fill out the card, put it in my purse and it never comes out.....
