Fh and I are doing black pocketfold invites, they are pretty elegant. I just am not certain who to address the RSVP envelopes to: me, both of us or my mom. Also, FH and I don't live together. Any thoughts girls?

Re: RSVP Envelopes
i had them sent back to DH and I... we paid for the whole wedding and we wanted to handle everything... it was alot easier this way!

Re: RSVP Envelopes
Its usually to the person who is hosting the party whether it be you and your FH, or your parents etc...Mine is 1/2 and 1/2 I think I am putting my parents as RSVP

Re: RSVP Envelopes
We ordered the invites, are sending them out and are tracking the attendees so we put both our names (we live together).

Fh and I are paying for the wedding but we don't live together yet..it's ok to have the RSVP's sent back to me right, or should I have both of our names on it....being that we are paying for it together.

Re: RSVP Envelopes
We are having ours sent back to my parents....FH and I both live in apartments and have tiny mailboxes. My parents are paying and technically 'hosting' the wedding, and they're both retired, so they will be tracking the responses! (their mail is much more reliable...FH and I both have tiny boxes in big banks of Apt mailboxes...no good!)

Re: RSVP Envelopes
Use your last name and your FH last name and address it that way.
i.e.
Smith-James 555 E. 95th Street New York, NY 10000
Put your last name first

Re: RSVP Envelopes
i had them sent to me b/c DH and i paid for the whole thing (we weren't living together at the time either). if you are over 18, write Ms. Jane Doe, if you are younger than 18, write Miss Jane Doe
but if your mom is paying for the whole thing, put your mom's name

Re: RSVP Envelopes
They should go back to whomever is paying for the bulk of the wedding.
BUT if they are going to be sent back to you, you should use the title of Ms. (unless you're under 18 years old )
