My invites we sent out the last week in Aug with an RSVP date of Oct 7th. I invited 205 Guests (around around 120 inviations). So far i have gotten back 59 yes and 23 NO. Still waiting on 123 people. I am so paranoid that the declines are going to pour in! My min is 140 - which i have nearly given up any hope at reaching that. I'ill be happy if i get 100 people at this wedding at this rate. Is anyone else panicing or was panicing in the past. I am barely funcitonaly at work the anxity has taken over. :(((((

Like everyone else has said, don't worry! You will get a bunch the week of the deadline and the week after. You will prob still have to get in touch with a bunch of people but you'll make it.
I invited about the same number as you did. When our RSVP deadline came we were missing about 40 cards. I didn't think we were going to meet our minimum of 125 and I was bugging out. Then when we met it I was feeling relieved and like we were going to be better of money wise (like not having to pay for all the people we thought were going to come). Now were at 150 and I'm worried about how we're going to pay for it (which was what I was originally anticipating).
There is always going to be stuff to stress about, but try and think about something else until a week after the deadline!

Ughh i know its like a catch 22. you want the YESes but you need the Nos too. Its like goldilocks you wany JUSTT the right amount of people LOL.

I went through phases of thinking everyone was going to come (invited 180, Min. was 110), thinking how are we going to pay if everyone shows up to thinking what if we don't meet the min.. Our RSVP date was 9/3 and am still waiting on 1 couple. I gave up harassing people. Our final # is 111, including FH and I.
