rsvp headache

rsvp headache

i'm freaking out about our rsvps. We have to garauntee 135 and we only have 111 by our rsvp date. I still have some family who have yet to respond. At this point i am sick of waiting for people to say if they can come or not.

If you can't/don't want to come...FINE...just tell me and ill invite someone who will show up that i would've liked to invite from the start.

If you can come...what the heck are you waiting for?!?!

yea i think RSVPs are the worst part of this whole thing. people have no consideration. when was your RSVP date? if it was at least a few days ago, i would start calling people. thats what I did. I was missing over 90 responses at my RSVP date so i started calling everyone.

I agree, the invites and rsvps are the most stressful part of this whole planning process!!

we guarenteed 200 and as of the other day we had 218. we were so happy bc we paid the RH for 235 and they were owing us money. as of yesterday that number skyrocketed to 251 and we are still waiting to hear from 12 people. don't they look at their mail and see the rsvp date was july 31?! ugh!

I agree with you 100%...unfortunately not everyone thinks this way. If its past the rsvp date I would just call and ask, so you can invite other peopleif you want to. But I think its very rude for them not to respond at all

When our RSVP date passed we were still missing about 30 couples (60 people) and were 15 people below our minimum. We just started calling people and making them give us an answer.

People just have NO consideration

yay date twin!!

eek. thankfully FH, My Dad and mom have been on the phone all day today while i was at work getting concrete answers. Some people werent home so we now are waiting on confirmation of 27 people. We have to guarantee 135, we are now at 133. If i have to i have a few friends at work who want to come soooo badly, but i told them originally that we just didnt have enough money to invite them...they might just get their wish
