My rsvp is due by this saturday. Have a minimum of 115 for the reception but there are surprise NOs and going below minimum and not all of them had sent there responses yet. I have a couple of possible people to send to but RSVP says by July 2...
What do I do? Should I give them an invitation without the RSVP? How do I go around this?

How about making a few RSVP cards from card stock ? I'd begin making phone calls to the people who haunt responded as well. Also what about including your vendors in the minimum can you do that? If all else fails I'd contact the reception hall and see if they will work something out, good luck!

I have the same problem. What I'm doing is sending a printed card friendly as can be to all the non-responders saying that there are seats reserved for you for our wedding, please accept or decline your invitation as soon as you can! Thank you with love. I don't even care at this point if people think that's rude or whatever but I think it's rude when they don't even respond at all.

I would make a new rsvp card if possible. I made my own invitations and sent a couple more invites out after the initial batch and I just changed the rsvp date to a little later for those.

Why waste more postage sending them a reminder? We emailed and phone called. Typically when people dont respond, they arent coming!
I would have additional response cards made up for the B listers. Even through vistaprint or at home yourself.
