RSVP LoL! ...or am I the only one lol'ing!?

So, I got another request for a date. It was slightly hysterical. Maybe you won't find it as funny as I did, but for some reason it had me going.

'I been seeing this girl and a wedding is a perfect venue to bring a girl you want to get serious with'

As of a month ago this girl didn't exist. I was also unaware that at weddings you declared you're relationship status with those whom you are dating.



Maybe I'm just so over this process, but that one really made me laugh out loud. FH said I'm losing my mind, and it's not funny at all. Does this make anyone chuckle?!?!

fh told me to tell him he is number 13 on the list for people who are waiting to be able to bring a date

Oh. And he sent me this after I sent out a reminder about booking hotel rooms. He shoulda just said ' can I bring someone so I can get laid?'

I got you beat....we had a friend put +1 on the RSVP and when asked who he was bringing, he said he wasn't sure yet, just didn't want to travel alone....LOL. He has no GF nor is he seeing anyone....LOL. Luckily I politely declined that because he ended up not going either last minute.

I am dealing with this as well, 6 people in total asked to bring a guest.... all of them are MEN. I have a few girlfriends coming solo and they are totally ok. I expected this from the women not men.

Sounds like FH's cousin! He's had 5 'serious' girlfriends while we've been planning this wedding.

The last one he actually pretended to be ENGAGED to so that we couldn't say no to him bringing her!!!
