RSVP Maybe?

has anyone else received these how frustrating is this and I am not talking about just one guest we received a handful of maybe's so frustrating ok vent over !

That's insane.. Call them up and ask them to send a human response to a freakin wedding...

are you kidding me!! They said maybe!? I would call and them or have someone call them (MOB,FMIL,MOH) and say 'we need a def. answer sorry.'

its actually about 6 people (all on fh's side) 2 couples will not know until the week of the wedding (long story) and the others don't know if their dates can come- unfortunately I am stuck because I dont want to pressure them too much because if they had to make their decision based on today it would be no and we do need the extra people. i am at a lost

We received a few.... I called them and let them know that I need to know by XX date (a few days before final #'s are due). Everyone got back to me with a definite- but it was a bit frustrating & why create the extra work for us!!

Wow that is crazy. I think thats even more frustrating then not getting anything back at all!!!


well MAYBE you should tell them that MAYBE its not neccessary for them to be there.

Did they just handwrite maybe? Any explaination? I would call them definitely and tell them that you received a handful of maybe's and need to know a definite answer so you aren't paying for people that aren't there.

ugh i hear ya.. FH had a coworker ask him yesterday when the final numbers are actually due.. because she is contemplating about bringing her boyfriend and they got into an argument last week!??! umm.. and only she was invited..

that is what we are leaning towards doing that for the few I just dont want to make it to close to the final count that way they dont prolong it another few days as for the people that wont know until the week of I have to count them they arent going to know until that day so unfair!
