RSVP nerves!

RSVP nerves!

Good morning girls! Happy vacation to all my fellow teachers!

Is anyone else starting to freak out about rsvp's because your not getting any no's?

I have about 60% of my response cards back, we invited 196 people (including us and our immediate family). So far we have 97 yes's and only 6 no's. I know this may seem dumb and we should be happy people want to share this day with us,but more people means more of everything!

We originally thought we were only inviting about 170 people, so we talked out RH into lowering the garuntee to 135 people and now I know we are going to be way over that. I am totally kicking myself in the rear, we could have gotten a better price and so many more add-ons. :(

Hopefully they will throw us a bone when they get out final numbers.

We're freaking out, too!! We've only gotten 1 'no' so far, the rest have just been friends deciding not to bring dates! We're actually nervous we are going to be over our halls max!!!

Hey date twin!!! I'm a teacher too, and happy vacation to you!!

We are freaking out too! We invited 138 people but ideally would love to have around 115-120 the day of. So far everyone is saying yes, we only have 4 no's.

I hope the start rolling in closer to the RSVP date!

I'm freaking out the other way I'm up to 13 'no's' and 36 yes I have to make my 100 minimum and there are a few nos we know we are getting but sent invites anyways

right now we are 45 yes, 5 no
and 3 of the 5 nos called to say they might actually be a yes, but they will let us know.... so we have to wait and see
getting a little nervous

Just remember, those who typically say no rsvp closer to the final date. I have NO idea why! Its like they hold out or something. We are still waiting on our rsvps. For girls who havent done their invites yet make the RSVP date at least 1.5 months before the actual date. People take FOREVER!

Oh we are in the same situation. We invited aroud 150 and our room only hold 140. We have gotten back around 25% of our RSVP's and have not received a single no. In fact people have decided that it would be cool to add people to their cards

We were definitely sweating at first because we got so many yes's in the beginning than no's. After a while though we started to get a lot more no's than yes's and wound up coming in at exactly our minimum - which we were thrilled about!
