Re: RSVP NO
I had that feeling too. Especially for the people we thought for sure would be there.

Re: RSVP NO
SO far the only 2 'No's' we got were single people that aren't bringing a guest.
I'm waiting to see who says no. I'm sure I'll be a little sad, but at the same time, our guest list is a bit out of control too.
Right now we're at 80 yes, 2 no...should I be scared?

Re: RSVP NO
I haven't gotten a NO yet...we really just invited immediate family and close friends so I think I will get sad because we just invited the most important people to us.

Re: RSVP NO
I really got sad when people RSVPed No in person... i really don't know what to say to people when they tell me that they will not come. Why couldn't you just put a check next to NO and send the RSVP to me. i really don't need (want) to know the reason why you can't make it. Why put me in this awkward position... oh how about this.. this one i really hate... people telling me ' I'm not sure if I can make it'. This is not a backyard party. it's a freaking wedding. decide yes or no. At this point i have 8 maybe people. My RSVP date was August 1st grrrrrrrrrrrr sorry for venting

I get a little sad....there's that crazy part of me that wishes everybody would come. I only have 2 nos, I know for sure they'll be others, but the ones that can't come is b/c she's due to deliver c section on my wedding day.

I was disappointed too because almost all my no's are close family and friends.

Re: RSVP NO
Overall I did not get sad BUT there were a few people I was really upset when I found out that they were not comming...Like my friend who lived next door from me for like 10 years. His mom told me she thinks he and his wife are going camping that weekend...

Uggggggggggggggggggh... I hate that.
People were doing that to my sister like up until 4 days before her wedding. I didn't know that there was a 'maybe' section on the response card. I don't understand how people can be so ridiculous. I mean, most people send out Save the Date cards/magnets now a days so they have plenty of time to decide whether or not they are able to make it. Unless of course there is an emergency situation, in which case, is totally understandable. Things happen and there is nothing you can do about it but they better have a DAMN good reason for a 'hey, maybe i will try to make it.' response. Ok....... vent over.

Re: RSVP NO
and i realized i never answered the question. Yes, I do get a little sad but my guest list is CRAZY so I was kind of hoping there would be some no's.

Re: RSVP NO
My RSVP date is another month away, but we really kept it to family and a few friends.
Unfortunately, I received my first RSVP yesterday and it was a no from my cousin and his gf. I was sad and mad at the same time! It's just a little depressing that one of your cousins who grew up with you won't be there on your wedding day. Anyway, the sadness has turned slightly into anger due to differing stories that have been told regarding it!
