I sent out 83 invitations last week and have only gotten a handful of RSVPs back. I feel like this is a bad sign, as FH's family is notorious for neglecting to RSVP. Yesterday, there were NONE in the mailbox. Is that normal? How did yours trickle in? Do more people wait closer to the date?

Most people wait unitl the last minute, My RSVP date is MAy 3rd and we are still waiting on like 50 I would not worry just yet

i sent mine out about a week ago and the first 3 days r so i received so many and was so excited....but i am finding now what you are finding...everyday there is maybe 1 or 2 at the very most....i wonder if people just see the rsvp date as may 30 and think oh i have plenty of time....i am not sure, but i understand your being annoyed

I got a bunch the first week, then they started coming maybe 2-3 a day, then one a day until the RSVP date. It seemed that the people who were responding yes sent it right away, and the no's didnt respond until the last minute.

The first 2 weeks we got a ton everyday about 2-5 each day since the 3rd week we havnt gotten any
we invited 187 people, and so far have about 80 coming My rsvp date is may 1st so they dont have much longer till i get on the phone and harass the s h i t out of them LOL I can be real b it chy when i have to be!

yeah, i got a bunch the first week and then one or two a day. Now i'm lucky if i get one a day and my rsvp date is this friday. I'm still missing about 30 people (15 responses)!
