Wow, I didn't even think of it. I just have a big list on paper that I'll write YES or NO next to their names... it's a good idea to have it on the computer for back up though.

Re: RSVP tracking sheet
I just created an chart on Excel. The first column is the name, second column is the RSVP number (I had marked the RSVP just in case people forgot to write their name down), 3rd was Yes or No, 4th was number of guest, and then I made to extra columns for later. 5th was gift (what it was) and 6th a thank you column to mark off when I make one out for them.

Re: RSVP tracking sheet
I'm one of those excel nerd....I use it for everything including writing memo. So for tracking rsvp, i used the same excel file where i listed all my guest
Row 2, Column A Guest Name
Column B Guess Address
Column C tel # (in case they haven't response yet...you can call them)
Column D RSVP checklist
On top of each column A & C in Row 1, I have subtotal formula that automatically count how many people I invited and how many people send back RSVP.
hope this help.

I also used excel...we had names, addresses, RSVP, gift, thankyou, etc. columns and different pages for shower, RD, etc....it worked really well!
