RSVP vent

Thankfully I dont have as many still out there as I have heard of. Our RSVP date was last Friday and we have about 18 invites still out there..all with guest, so A possible 36 more people.

Ihave heard its in the mail, of course Im coming, Im not sure etc...HOW LONG DO I WAIT?

Some people are not responding to phone calls/emails...Do I give it liek a week and then say sorry your a no?

We have to give the hall a guestimate next week, and a 36 person difference is HUGE??

PEOPLE SUCK! This has been said before, but worth saying again, its so damn inconsiderate not to send a pre-addressed/stamped piece of paper back when you have 4-6 weeks to do it!

I'm sorry. There is absolutely no excuse for this. Could it be because all of these people were invited with guest they are now seeing who they will bring? It's still no excuse, though.

Call them and be firm. 'We must give the hall our numbers and if I don't hear from you in 48 hours we will write you down as a no. Sorry you could not attend our wedding.'

Hearing this always makes me crazy-what is wrong with people!!! Just respond!

I'd say if they dont return your calls/emails by the end of the week-don't chase them anymore-they are NO's!

give it at least a week.... it will cut your effort in half.. or even more, trust me. we got SOOO many back the week After they were due... people see the date and THEN remember
