So, the wedding is 16 days away and I'm waiting on 20 RSVP's I'm annoyed because we are cutting it really close with the amount of people, but also I have to give my final count next week!

You can totally call them or have a relative call! Now is the time you need to know!!!!
(maybe it got lost in the mail, but still- you gotta know either way)

I had my mom and mil call their families who hadn't rsvp'd yet.
It is very fustrating when you send out invites with a RSVP date and some people don't bother. Call them, some people might have forgotten but then you will get the few that aren't coming and thought you wouldn't notice if they didn't send back a response.
Everything will work out in the end.
FIY you are getting married on my B-Day so I'm sure the day will go great!!!
