Mines just say
Kindly Respond
on or before the fifth of August

People have been writing in their names and sometimes a word or two around the will attend. Some people write little notes inside, which is fun. FH wanted the Name(s) line because he wanted everyone to be able to bring whomever they wanted. It's going well so far.
