Does anyone have an example of RSVP wording that is something along these lines...

We look forward to celebrating with you!
___ seats are being held in your honour

----- accept with pleasure

----- decline with regret

I do. I will send it when I get home. It is on my home computer and I am out. It is very similar to what you have.
