RSVP's - I just have to share

So, I sent out my invitations last Thursday and I am getting 15-20 RSVP cards a day!!

I just wanted to share with you the following:

If you haven't sent out your invitations yet, it is a SUPER idea to write numbers on the back of the RSVP card - I can't begin to tell you how helpful this has ben for me, especially since we sent out almost 275 invitations.

That's great! I didn't write numbers on the back of my cards, never even thought of it. We're waiting on about 15 more response cards to come back.

We didn't put the #'s on the back and we should've... LOL! Got a couple of 'We're GOing' responces. It was FH's friend so it figures...

One of FH's friend just put his name... we figured it means yes, but I think he could've added something.

It is a life saver to # your RSVP's!!!!!!

I have got about 5 back so far with no name and just the Accept checked off

Also, it is VERY hard to read some of the hand writing so when my RSVP's were coming in, I looked at the # for that also.

yes same here that is the best thing to do write a number some where so that you know how many were invited.

i had someone send it back with no name inside now i have to wait until they all come back to figure this out and it wasnt an out of state one so i could narrow it down

I unfortunatley was one of the one's who DIDN'T number the RSVP's and now I'm still waiting for people to admit that they sent back the RSVP without writing there name on it. This is all FH's friends who have no clue how to fill the damn thing out

Next to each guest on your list, put a # next to their name starting at 1 and up. When you send that person the invite, put the same # on the RSVP enclosed so when they send it back, you match the # to the guest list and done!

You should make a list of people you invited and assigne them each a number. Then on the back corner of the response card you send them you write their number so that if they don't put there name on the front you can just look up the number and see who it is.
