Not going to mention names but I won a prize at twoty. I have been tryin to get in touch w said vendor since then. There was no contact information or anything in the prize pack, so I had to google and research and track her down. 3 emails later I finally got a description of what exactly this prize is.
She emailed me in July and asked ( for a third time) for a contact number for me. I responded back w my cell but said email works better for me bc I work a lot an cant get to my phone all the time. ( plus w vendors I like to keep it all written down)
She never wrote back to me so i sent a fourth email! She writes back ' I'm very cautious to reach out to brides. My wedding was cancelled and since that happens all the time I don't want to be too pushy. And I never got a respond w a contact number for you so I figured it wasnt your time'

I agree with your FH that is really weird! Why is she giving out prizes to promote herself if she is hesitant to work with anyone?!

I would say forget it since its not worth the aggravation. I would however let the coordinators of this site know so that they dont book her for TWOTY this year.

***?? That makes no sense to me. She isn't trying to be pushy? You are just trying to get some info out of her! Her wedding was canceled... Sounds like she still has some bad feelings about that stating 'I figured it wasn't your time'. What is that supposed to mean?! I'd def forget dealing with this vendor and def let CS know about this.

To be honest, I'm just annoyed at this whole situation. The prize sucks and I feel that my bms and I will be forced to purchase stuff afterwards ( think lia Sofia kind of party) ... This vendor is rude and flakey and I don't feel her prize is worth the effort. If I was paying for this I would be beyond pissed.
And yes I know it's a free gift but that still shouldn't devalue her service or how she runs her business, because as we all know word of mouth reputation is everything In the wedding world!
