Runaround

Ok, here is my last vent of 2006....why do I feel like I am getting the runaround from so many of our vendors?!! Seriously, I feel like I have to chase them down to get information, quotes, or ask a question!! As, we speak , I have been on hold for 6 minutes while the store 'tries to locate' the placecard holders that I bought AND paid for!! Ugh!!! Sorry to gripe, but I had to get it off my chest! Thanks!

I understand that sometimes they are busy but I never understand losing things! Even besides wedding vendors.

This goes back awhile ago but FH was in the hospital for an infection. They lost his sample I don't want to get into what kind it was.

Eeeks. Yea i think because of the holidays peolple are just all over the place. I think by next week vendors should be back to 100% with service again.

I agree...the holidays are such a hectic time, everyone is all over the place.

they said they are shipping out on tuesday - now that i think of it, i should have them ship it to my parents house - i have no room for that!

Yeah, I hope it is the holidays!!! It is just frustrating to feel like I am chasing them down to give them my money!! Also, we had our photo appointment with Duet last night and had to cancel because I couldn't lift my head off the pillow I was so sick!!

I am not dealing with vendors yet...but are they all careless or just have run ins with a few of them> THis is pretty scary feeling helpless for something that you need!
