We ordered ours from MadeByE....Erin did a great job especially since it was a custom made design
only negative was that it was lost in the mail for about a week but the final product was worth it
It is painted on a piece of fabric..a very thin cotton.

I used the same person, I think it was about $120? 50 feet long with some embellishments (flowers added along with names, date)
