Running of the Brides! so fun!
I am definitely gonna do this just for the experience.
I went with my friend in February for the running of the brides in Boston-hynes convention center. got there at 6am. doors open at 8. At 8am you start to hear a gradual scream and everyone is running to the doors to get in and grab as many dresses as possible and find a spot for the bride to try on dresses. Then there's the bartering and people arent' as crazy as you might think they get.
She got a beautiful dress for 700 bucks (www.palomablanca.com , style 3901) but the prices start as low as 200. I'm definitely gonna do it at least once!
Some words of advice: be prepared with signs and matching shirts/balloons. get there early. And make sure you have stuff to eat for energy...
