So i've been engaged for almost 8 months now, and have literally done everything!
-I made my own wedding invites -I tied ribbon with a poem to my bubble wands -I made some baskets for the ceremony programs and bubbles -I made the programs -I have someone making table #s for me at the moment -I made a placecard template that I will use when the wedding is closer and I know what table everyone will be at -Booked florist, limos, photobooth, photo, video, DJ, makeup (not hair yet)
What some other DIY projects I can do? I was thinking maybe photobooth props or something but I need another project to do before I drive myself nuts this summer lol

Wow! You're way ahead of me! What are you doing for the peopl that you've lost? Maybe that could be a project. Or you could make your own card box?

The card box is done too- I bought it from etsy lol and I wrote something in the ceremony programs about our grandparents who have passed.
My friend is a graphing designer and just got married, so she e-mailed me all of her templates for programs, placecards, menus etc..
Also, I'm finishing up my MS degree, and I'm printing everything out now at school because they have really nice laser color printers lol. That is how I made all of my invites and programs already- I bought a template off etsy for pocketfolds, printed everything on metallic cardstock at school, and cut everything with my FMIL's paper cutter! All of the extra cardstock I had I used for welcome letters for hotel bags... I really wanted to print everything now before I get caught
I can't really do menus or any of that yet because I didn't do the tasting, and probably won't until Winter

you can start buying things to fill the bathroom/hotel welcome baskets -- when you see bobby pins or gum or something on sale, buy a bunch and put it away to create your baskets. That way when the time comes, you're not spending a fortune all at once.

Omg that's great. Can you FM the templates for your programs, place cards etc! I'm trying I make mine and I simply can't get it right

that's true- Which reminds me; I am also doing a flip flop basket LOL... i seriously need a life
I bought a whole bunch of flip flops when kmart did that sale for $0.79 and bought size tags on etsy. I just need to tie them all together and put them in a large wicker basket

Lol don't worry I have no life either all I do is Craft! It sounds like you have it all under control! Go You! lol I've also started making some photo props for our Pics..I don't know if that's something you want to do but it's an idea! lol Or you can work on printing out cards for the Bridal Party gifts/Parent gifts since you have access to that fantastic Printer now lol. I can't really think of much else...eek..you can always Hand Write out all the addresses if you get REALLY desperate hahah. Or Print them on the envelopes now too.

All those projects sound great I am jealous of how far ahead and how creative you guys are. I have all these ideas but haven't started any of them yet.
