running trails in manhattan?

hey girls,
i'm looking for some running trails in manhattan (other than central park) preferably on the east side. if you know of any, or a website listing any, i'd really appreciate your help! thanks

there are some way up in washington heights...but I have never done them...I found a great workout when we were on the LES was the Brooklyn Bridge...the pedestrian path makes it perfect...

also check out your area on the opposite side on the FDR drive
