YES YES YES! I def think we FMed each other about this but either way oh em geeeeee the food is delicious!!! We did the five course meal and got to taste a smaller portion of everything amazing... and ugh, the dessert was divine. i cannot wait!

p.s. I broke down that EOS package to see how much it would be worth normally... Just by doing the CHEAPEST options found on the internet - it comes out to over 57 dollars pp!!! Effin ridiculous!!! He loves us <3

Ahhhh-I'm sorry!! I feel like I talk about Russo's all the time- I lose track!! haha
But, I love Mr.Russo!! He does make you feel like you are the only bride. He's so involved in every party that's booked and I think that factor alone makes such a HUGE difference!!
Did he mention that different dish instead of the typical pasta dish? It's like a risotto and pasta- something like that...not sure, I can't remember. I wanna see what the uplighting looks like so bad. I'm gonna set up an appt to see what it looks like next year!!

Whooo-hooo Russo's!!! lol.

Ohhh you're talking about the second course... I've memorized our menu - it's sick... anyways, we're getting a five course meal (including cake) the first one is a hot or cold dish, the second is the pasta, the third is either the intermezzo or salad, fourth is our main entree, and lastly it's cake. The second dish - the pasta dish - you can either pair their home made pasta and sauce with a different type of pasta with a different sauce on the same plate. So imagine two different pastas on their own side of the bowl, with sauce on each side and a cute little basil leaf in the middle to join the two. What's really cool is that you can swap out the second pasta for a risotto (we have 3 different ones to choose from) OR you can do two flavors of risotto... so really you can mix-n-match 4 different pastas with 5 different toppings with 1 of 3 different risottos, or just do two different risottos.

He's also giving us the option to just do one big bowl of pasta if we like

I didn't do the eos package....I'm getting linens elswhere, got an awesome price on uplighting from my dj (who buys their lights from the same guys russos does lol) and have a 2 gobos, soooo I wouldn't be getting much out of it to justify the costs lol...but I do wish I could have our monogram on the cake plate that it does come with, its soooo cute!

If you don't mind me asking - the vendor that you are using for linens, if you added the price for linens all together and divided it out by your guests how much does it come out pp? (only if you dont mind sharing!!! )

dont mind at all.... its comes out to 6.50 pp includes chair covers, sashes, table linens and napkins all satin and all in my colors. my doc negotiated my contract for me, love her!!
