We were told by Russo that they do food tastings on Tuesday and Wednesdays. I remember reading before that some people have done them on weekends. If anyone has, how did you get it on a weekend? Obviously, a weekend would work better for us considering travel and the duration.

I had to call months in advance to get a weekend. I told them that my FIL lives out of state and couldn't come during the week. I
ETA: Just call and ask your banquet manager. They are rediculously accomdating there so I'm sure it won't be an issue.
GET READY FOR TONS AND TONS OF FOOD! Our tasting was over 4 hours long!
