Russo's girls! I have a ?

Ok, so when we first went to look at Russo's everyone was very nice and helpful. We signed our contract last week and it was like not a big deal at all. I thought when we signed the contract there would be alot more detailed information given to us.
Tonight I have an appt to meet with Kelly. What is the purpose of this appointment? Please let me know.
When do you do your menu selections?
Do you have to go there personally everytime you make a payment?
I feel like I got left in the dust once I signed my name!

Don't worry...u really have nothing to worry about. When I signed my contract I felt the same way, but I soon found out that if u have any questions, all u have to do is pick up the phone and ask for your banquet manager and they'll stay on the phone with u until u feel like they've answered everything for u.

To my understanding Kelly helps u with picking vendors and has some useful information u might need when meeting with vendors. I never went to see her, but I've heard she can be very helpful, so if u have any questions don't hesitate to ask her.

You don't have to make every payment in person. You can mail them to save yourself a trip, but I'll be honest with you. My FH and me made our payments in person every month and now we basically know everyone in that office and they know us by name too. We feel like family when we walk in there now, so I would suggest to make your payments in person just so u get some face time with everyone.
