I'm going to a wedding next month there, and we want to stay in a hotel overnight after the wedding. My friend never asked what the 'recommended' hotel was and she never blocked any rooms, so I have no idea where to stay! Please help!!! Thanks!

Re: Russo's Girls I need your help
Not a Russo's bride, and haven't been there for an affair since I was 13, but I know someone who got married there.
I am pretty sure she used the JFK Hilton Garden Inn.
As far as I know there aren't really any nice hotels in the Howard Beach area specifically.
I think some of the 08ers live in the area, maybe ask them.
thanks!! gonna check the site out now

hey Heather! I live in Howard Beach, and there's really not a lot of hotel options around here, wanna sleep over my house? there's one called the Surfside about 2 blocks from Russo's, but its um, basically for people looking for a 'short stay' if ya get my drift

But they have jacuzzi tubs in some of the rooms
I prefer the term 'no-tell-motel'

I live in Howard Beach...you could stay at Surfside (although I wouldnt recommend it) orr they built a courtyard marriot and a Ramada that is about 8 min away from Russos. There is also a few smaller hotels like a Best Western that you could stay at that arent expensive at all...One of my friends works at one of them so I could ask him how much it costs to stay there the night

My friend is getting married there this July and I'm pretty sure we booked a room at the Hilton.
