I was just looking through their new website and in the sections 'Frequently Asked Questions' I found this
'Can I use any vendor I want?
Yes you may, however, outside vendors do require proper insurance which you can discuss with our party coordinator. There are only two (2) florists which are allowed to work in the building - Flowers By Brian or Stefan's. Please refer to the Vendor Concierge page for more information. '

HELLO....I already booked my florist and it's neither of these...what the heck is this about?

I aked them abotu this when we booked last year and they said that it does not apply anymore you can use whatever vendors you want as long as they have proper insurance.

You're right.

I remember them telling me that.

Also..maybe it applies to all new contracts....not ours.

Same here...I checked when I booked and then I checked again with my florist...she has done many occasions there. My florist did tell me though that they give you alot of paperwork and if you get centerpieces with candles your vendor must stay and light every single one before they leave.
