Russo's on the Bay - Cake Tasting

Any upcoming Russo Brides going to the group Cake Tasting January?

I'm not going...but OMG, IT'S AMAZING...just wait! And they give you a box of cookies when you leave! Bring a camera and something to write with. They'll give you a folder and will email you the link to the powerpoint of all their cakes. The head pastry chefs will be there ready and willing to ask questions...ask away! They had our cake there in a picture but it was white on white with a silver bow....we changed the piping and the color of the bow and they were more than happy to oblige! They can turn round cakes square or whatever you like. Miracle workers and artists...both in decoration and taste!

i went to a bridal show there in september and tasted a white russian cake and it waas amazing

Thanks. Did they contact you to reserve a spot? I remember being told a while back that when it gets closer, they would be calling us, but have not heard anything.

Yes, the Russo's wedding coordinator, Kelly, contacted me. I would def call Kelly or your BM just in case the email went into spam. My wedding is 4 wks after yours so u should a Jan cake taster too...request the 8:00pm, I think there were two times to pick from!
