So most of you know, my father and my aunt are both very sick batteling stage 4 cancer.
My aunt also had pnemonia and has been in beth izreal for the past month and a half.

She passed at about 12am this morning. My mom is such an absolute mess. Her mother is dead 7 years this week, and her father 43 years next week.

She is beside herself, how do you watch your sister die, and try to get over that, knowing your husband is going through the same thing?

i dont know what to say, i dont know what to do. all i know is i have to be strong and be there for her. no crying. no showing my emotions. have to be strong. so i will more then likely be out east all week at my uncles with my mom. i'll try to get on when i can, but dont know.

Talk to you guys later or next week. or something.

I get to worry about cancelling my e-party now too.. ick

cassie you also have to show your emotions to a point as well. don't let it build up either.
just breath.
be there for your mom your a family and that's what it's all about.

I'm so sorry Cassie. I won't tell you be strong for your mom - grieve however you need to. Just remind yourself that she is in a better place. I remember going to see my Grandma in the hospital for four months after she had a stroke. She was paralyzed and couldn't speak. When she passed, even though I felt torn apart, I was happy that she wasn't in pain anymore.

I'm sure it must seem like it can't get any worse right now and your whole world is falling apart but your family will make it through this tough time and they will be stronger than ever. You and your family will be in my prayers.

Hang in there...I understand that you are trying to be strong for your mom but there is no shame in crying and expressing your emotions even if you have to do it in the shower by yourself!

It's not good to keep your emotions all bottled in. I know its easier said then done, but trust me you will feel better, just by crying and whatever works for you.

My prayers are with you and your family during this tough time.

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. Death is never easy and I know you want to be strong for your mother, but just remember that grieving is a natural part of the process and you don't have to be 'strong'. Everyone grieves in their own way and if you want to cry...go ahead and cry.

I'll definitely be praying for you and your family. It's never easy, but amazingly, you always seem to find the strength you need exactly at the right moment. I know you will get through this.

thanks girls. i appreciate it. you guys are the best. it was such a bad day. My mom is a mess and my dad is the sickest i've been him this far in the battle.

i'm taking it day by day.. and today *****.
