Ronkonkoma (parts) Lake Ronkonkoma (parts) Lake Grove (parts) Holtsville Holdbrook parts of Centereach and I am not sure about Selden. I am not completely sure but it is a far reaching district that goes from exit 59-to at least 63. But not all areas in those exits got to Sachem.

I'm not sure, but there might be a part near Nesconset/Smithtown that goes to Sachem as well (by Old Nichols Rd./Browns Road)
I don't think any parts of Centereach or Selden go to Sachem. I grew up in Lake Grove and that was the most northern town that went there.
I believe the Sachem SD encompasses an area of 25 sq miles.

we looked in www.MLSLI.com by school dist. (we found and wanted Sachem as well)

There are parts of Nesconset and Centereach that go to Sachem also.
