ok so i booked my church..
my reception is form 5-10.. 5-11if i add on the VH.

church at 1 or 2.. ceremony is 45min-1.. then u have pix, saying hi/bye to every1... and then i wanna go take pix at flushing meadow(the unisphere..fh's fav )

i dont liek starting at 1..but i guess i have no choice,.right?

Where is your reception? That's an awkward time for cocktail to start unless it's a sunday evening.

yea its a sunday.. i just wish it was 6-11 and then vh is til 12. but WHATEVER loll

i just dont wanna wake up that early, im a brat. and church service* ends like 12ish..

church to my rh is 20min TOPS..but the park is like 10 min west of the church.. which makes the rh 10min further out the way.

i guess i should ask how long ( on average) ppl need to take pix in btwn

Let me see, you start the church say at 1:30 ( a happy med.). Finish at 2:30 (roughly). Recep. starts at 5, leaving you almost 3 hours for pics and stuff. Is the church close to where you want to take pics? And is the recep hall close to where the pics are being taken? You can even get married at 2, start pics at 3, finish before 5 and you still have time to get to the RH.... if everything is in the same area....

eh not the same area..but it cant get much closer.. so location wise.. im happy. i just wanna go to my cocktail hour.. and i have to factor in traffic. blah

Definitely start at 1 or 1:30 to be on the safe side. The 5-10 is a good time I think. Not too early, not too late.

Thats the bad part- traffic. Try getting married on a friday evening in New Rochelle coming from LI. I'm getting married at the RH, and I think I may have to put the start time an extra 1/2 earlier so people will actually show up on time lol.

Can you and FH take some pics before the ceremony? It means seeing each other before hand, but I'm doing that so I can be there for the full CH.

You say it's because you don't want to wake up early enough for a 1pm ceremony. Chances are you won't sleep that night anyway, or you'll be up at the crack of dawn out of anxiousness!

yea, thats what i told my mom..and in her borat accent shes like wat if ppl want to stay later.every1 will be dancing. im like ma...relax.. ur guna be up all night dancing? she sliek SUREEE WHY NOT! im liek wow...

she then confessed she loves wine and drink a glass every night. wow. and i got bished at for fallin asleeep on the terlit when i was 18. hmph!

if you want to go to CH, take the 1pm timeslot. if you dont care about CH (or being late to CH) you shoudl be fine with the 2pm time.

yea i dont remember if i told my church 1 or 2 lol we kept going back and forth..
i dont wanna see him b4 hand. and the unisphere..he asked if he can bring his bicycle cuz thats where he goes riding... he actually took an awesome pic.. ill upload when i get home. lol
