Sad News..........

On Friday my grandmother in FL went to the dr to get a check up and they found a blood clot in her heart! When they were putting the stents in her heart she had a heart attack during the procedure! Now she needs a triple bypass! The drs said if she would of waited she could of died! Sadly she will not be able to come up for my wedding! I am so sad! But I am thankful that they caught it before it was too late! I couldn't bare it if something happened to her at my wedding! My grandfather has to go to rehab facility so they can take care of him..but my uncle might be taking him so they can care for him. And my uncle and my cousins are not coming either!!! =( FH and I were gonna cancel our honeymoon to go down to FL...but FL does not want me to do that. My uncle told me to go and have a beautiful wedding and a wonderful honeymoon. My grandmother is still in the ICU so I can't even call her yet! She is doing a little bit better but she is just besides herself that she is unable to come to the wedding..she was looking forward to seeing the first grandchild walk down the aisle! She may not be there physically but she will still be with me that day!!!

Please say a par for my grandma!!!!

I'm sorry that she can't be there, but like you said, thank goodness she's ok! that she gets well soon!

I think you said it all....she may not be there physically but she will definitely be with you. Nothing can take that away.



I do know how you feel...my grandmother is 93 and lives in Boston and hasn't been doing that well lately and isn't coming to my wedding either.
