Sad.....Asking Bridesmaids

Uhhh I had this whole plan tonight to ask my 7 friends to be in the wedding. We're all going out for my friend's bday and I planned on asking them at her house beforehand. I spent all last night writing out their cards and I ordered the bridesmaid cookies. Unfortunately, my one friend is getting out of work late so the majority of them are waiting for her and now want to go straight to the club so they make it there before 10 to get in for free . Even if it wasn't for this I still feel bad for my friend it just seems all rushed for a matter of how much money....I really wanted to ask them tonight and was so excited, we're prob going to get to the club at different times so then when do I ask them when we're leaving and they're drunk in the parking lot ??

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I would regularly confide in my bf but I really wanted this to be a surprise to all of them since they know I'm going to ask; I at least wanted to do it in a surprising way.

i would just ask them nicely that you need to talk to them so if you can please meet up before the club.

And isnt it usually 11pm you need to get there by to get in for free. If its a club most are JUST even opening up, i would check and see if its 11pm, many places infact are even if you get there by midnight you get in for free.

There's a certain flyer for where we're going to that says by 10. I would like to just ask them to come to her house beforehand but they can be kind of cheap at times so I feel like that will just annoy them and then they won't be in the happiest mood for what I want to give them.

i would ask them to meet up before hand....maybe in the parking lot before you go into the club...even though that is totally not the way you pictured it!!

Would it be possible to do it at the club??? I know it's not what you planned but maybe you can call the club ahead of time and make some kind of arrangements where you can use the VIP section for a short period of time?? Tell them you want to go there tonight with 10 of your friends. What club could so no to a group of ladies ready to get their drink on!!! Good luck!!!!!!!!

ugh thats ridiculous. How about asking them out to brunch on sunday or to come over your house on sunday

Why can't the 7 of u meet early then the one who has work late meet you at the club. Not to leave out your one friend but maybe you could still ask most of your girls early then the other friend later I am sure she will understand.

I asked all of my girls on their own and that was special too bc I got to see their reactions individually. So maybe if you can't do it tonight you could do them individual.

I'll be in Long Island this weekend for vday tomorrow and my fsil's precana mass ceremony and dinner on sunday also in li. My bms live in staten island and new jersey and my one friend wasnt able to drive tonight so that's why some of us are waiting for her.

I just feel like no matter what I do they will end up losing the cookies and the cards tonight if it's done while out lol uhh I feel like I put so much thought into this and it's just not working out.

you know what, i say still tell them you have something important to talk to them about and you are asking them nicely if you can please meet up before somehow. And you know what, if you get there after 10pm oh well they'll deal with it. Let them be annoyed at first, im sure after you just ask them to be bm's they wont complain
