Said yes at Lillettes Bridals and Lydia!!

Just got back from having one of the best experiences in this whole wedding planning process. My Mom called me yesterday to give me a few names of places for us to try on LI. After going to many places in the city I was kind of put off on the bridal dress experience. So, I called around and found an appointment at Lillettes. I remember LSorrent saying how wonderful her experience was so we thought 'why not?'.
From the moment we got there Lydia was fantastic!! She asked what I liked and didn't like then we talked prices etc. She started pulling dresses and when I started trying them on I thought two were THE DRESS! She then told me that they are moving to Bellmore so the samples that I tried on were for sale and she knocked down the prices by A LOT. Then she said, 'Wait, i'm going to go downstairs to our treasure chest to see what else you might like'. She came back up about 10 min later with two magnificent dresses! Well, I tried on the first one and that was it! I started to cry and she put a veil on me and everything. It turns out that it was a Paloma Blanca discontinued dress. They gave me the dress at a huge discount then charged a tiny fee for dry cleaning. It was the most amazing experience. I cannot say enough wonderful things aobut this store and Lydia. She truly listens to what the bride wants and is so incredibly 'on' when choosing what will look good!! Shes amazing and so is Lillettes!!!
