I am so happy for you. How long will it take for your dress to come in? What kind of a reaction did you get when you told them when your wedding is? Did they tell you to wait

well i have to find shoes first bec they have to do a hollow to hem measurement on me...then i will find out how long it will take....

as far as a reaction...none from them! they only peeople who had something to say were bridal reflections....other than that every other store was more than willing to help me!

and since i didnt want anything too 'trendy' so to speak, they thought ordering it now would be fine....when i know how long it will take, i will def let you know!

I got the same reaction from bridal reflections. They didnt even really want to set up an appointment with me yet. they told me to wait until atleast the end of the year. I decided to wait because i am loosing weight and didnt want to have to many alterations but i thought that was totally rude.

I'm so happy you found 'the one'. Did you know it as soon as you put it on? I'm worried that i wont be able to make up my mind

I actually went to Bridal reflections and got my dress there...but i didnt have an apt. and the lady I got was an elderly woman and she was a doll...she never once made me feel bad about ordering too early. but then again i explained my situation that i'm in mexico and not home very often to go dress shopping...Just my experience though...ive heard many girls have issues there. I hope its not a further problem working with them.

thanks so much!!!!! i should have mentioned that her tune totally changed when i said if i fimd the one then i will be ordering....it wasnt an issue so to speak, just a bit of annoyance, just like when other vendors tell you, oh you have so much time...i dont think you will have any issues! xxoo

my problem was that i truly appreciate pretty things even if i didnt love them one me...lol...i never saw a dress and was like no i wont try it...i mean after trying on a bunch i knew what i didnt like on my body , so i would stay away from those but....i loved a dress in almost every store i went in...that was a problem...however, either i would look at the pics i had taken or find the dress online and after a week, i would be like ehhhh, we need to look more, i dont lke this or that etc...we went back to look at 'the'dress after 2 weeks..i was still so excited about it and had nothing negative to say about it...

so my advice....try on everything! and then give yourself time not only in btwn apts but in btwn going back again...this way you can really look at it, think about it, dream about it etc.

when i put it back on yesterday, i just knew, i loved everything about it! mom mom and grandma were crying, a few other brides in the place were like wow, so i just knew!

I couldn't agree with this more! I kept finding these types of dresses that I loved in pics but looked hideous on me..I ended up choosing somehting different than I thought. But did the same theing kept looking & couldn't this one out of my mind& I kept comparing to it! Yay! Christina so happy for you xoxo

Congrats on finding the dress..I just told my mom I want to srart looking at the end of the year & she was happy (even though she hates shopping)

I also want to lose some weight and it won't be hot out..I get irrated in the heat.
