saks return??

does any1 know saks return policy?? i bought some jumper thing that i dont think im ever going to wear, tags and everything. but i dont have the receipt. do u think ill get my $ back it'll pay for half of my manolos i bought 2 days ago.

im PRETTY sure its:
with a receipt 30 days you get your money back. anything after 30 days is store credit.

Full-priced merchandise, with the exception of watches and jewelry, presented after 30 days will be credited based on the current selling price. Returns of watches, jewelry and sale merchandise will not be accepted after 30 days.

Requests for adjustments will be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and if it is marked down within 7 days of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace or credit gourmet, monogrammed or personalized items.

Should you wish to return merchandise, please do so using either of these two options:
IN-STORE RETURNS
Present the merchandise to an associate at your area Saks Fifth Avenue with the original receipt or gift receipt.

usually without receipts, they will not give you cash and will probably give you the sale price, if it is on sale!!!

i just realized you said you dont have the receipt...

did you pay with a card? sometimes if you call the corporate office they can look up your receipt by your card number and approximate purchase date. otherwise you will probably get store credit for the current selling price..

a patient of mine used his cc to get a discount for me, and i just paid him. i dont wannabother him. im guna take it to the store. if they give me a hard time or tell me they will get a credit on their cc account... then im just guna keep it.

I am sure they will give you a store credit at least. Can you return the shoes you just bought from Bergdorfs or wherever and rebuy them at Saks with your store credit?

ITA. I think you will definitely get store credit for it.

Saks doesnt carry manolos. Mr. Blahnik didnt want his shoes sold in every dept store, cuz then they would be putting them on sale the only saks that carries manolos are the outlets, and they have like 1 or 2. def not the wedding ones. ill use the credit twds another bag. i just dont want to fall back into my old habbits of buying clothes and never wearing them
