sale at michaels

There was a huge sale at Michaels today! I got so much stuff. 1st of all the Michaels in riverhead had a big wedding section...bigger than any other one I have been too.
I got 12 bags of glass gems for 9$... they are clear, white and opalencent mix. I plan on using them as part of floating candle centerpieces.
2 boxes of 24 count plain wedding bubbles:8$ I'm gonna decorate them with lables or stickers.
And 4 boxes of fake rose petals for 16$ they were 2 for 8$ so I got 4. I plan on using them for the centerpieces too, to sprinkle on the tables arond the centerpices and stuff. and also extra ones for my nieces to throw around...they can't wait to do that! I like the fake ones b/c some of them are made from tulle and they are shimmery.

Well what I did was take address labels and put FH and my name and the date, w/ a pic of Hello Kitty bride and groom in the middle. Then I just stuck the sticker onto the bottle! Looks really cute, and did not cost me anything but a little ink. I had leftover address labels.
I was gonna do something like that w/ the gluegun, Hello Kitty beads on the top of the bottles. But the beads would have cost too much.
