salmon help needed

salmon help needed

i defrosted salmon the other day (about 2 days ago) but then fh and decided to go out to dinner. do you think the salmon is still good to use? i defrosted it in the fridge.

Hmmmm, smell it. Does it smell fishy? If it does, then no but I am not sure I'd chance it anyway....

I think you will be OK (it was in the frige right?)...but I would make sure it was cooked all the way through - just to be on the safe side

If it was in the refrigerator it should be fine - Smell it - you can tell when fish has gone bad

i agree - you can always smell bad fish!!!!
