what are some things you do with salsa....besides nachos, omeletes or tacos???? we're looking for new ideas!

take chicken cutlets. Smother with salsa and melted cheddar cheese ... bake until chicken is cooked/cheese is melted

I put it on my baked potatoes sometimes as a healthy alternative to butter or sour cream

I put it on everything!! Great on top of fish and on top of Baked potatoes!!
We make our own from finely chopped tomatos, onions, garlic and cilantro. Throw in juice of 2-3 limes and some olive oil, salt and pepper.

I mix it with a can of black beans and some corn, a little lime juice and rice wine vengar. you can have that as a side salad, or put it over some grilled tuna steak

well at work when i need to make food for the staff i make mexican haddock.......
take the haddock top with salsa and jack cheese.....and bake untill done..........staff loves it
