sample bouquet -- how does it work?

sample bouquet -- how does it work?

When can you ask for a sample bridal bouquet? Do you sign a contract with the vendor first or do they do it to draw your business?

Is there a charge?

If the vendor is reluctant to do a sample, how do you make sure that the florist 'gets' your idea?

hmmm well regardless i would go look at florists bc i noticed your wedding is 2 months away, so i would book one soon. I didn't ask for a sample, i spoke to them about what i want, they showed me pics and then she told me an idea she had for my bok and when she told me i loved it. I have read alot of reviews on my florist(pedestals) have seen alot of their past work and trusted them. But if you want to see a sample first then tell them so and see what they say.

When you book a florist though just so you know, before your wedding they do samples of your bok and centerpieces to show you so if you want to change anything you can.

And the way to help them 'get' your idea is to show them pics of what you are looking for

There would probably be a charge for a sample bouquet -- but your florist will show you tons of books with pictures of their prior work.

Our florist gives samples of the CPs, but I think we'd have to pay for a sample bouquet. Ask when you visit the florist to see what their policy is.

By coincidence, I actually have an appointment to see Pedestals on Tuesday. We've also visted Greenleaf & Bloom in Roslyn. I know that I'm late. Thanks for the advice.
