we decided to add some pink for some color -- FH hates it and wants to replace all the pink roses with pale peach ones. What do you think? Our colors by the way are Tiffany Blue and white. I was having a hard time coming up with colors for the flowers and a lot of people suggested pink.

I think all white ivory (with the green accents) will be amazing with Tiffany blue. The pink (unless it's a vibrant hot pink) might make it to Easter basket-ish.
that's exactly what I thought -- I was worried it might look like an Easter egg

you might want to go with a paler shade of pink. I used sweet akita in bok and the lighter pink in cp is that also.

what about just doing all white (with varied types of flowers or all the same) with a tiffany blue holder, ribbon, or napkin/material square underneath it. it seems like it'd be a very striking contrast.
or you could do white with blue hydrangeas. they may not be tiffany blue exactly, but i think they'd still work.

I am using peach roses and my color scheme is tiffany blue and ivory. I think it will be fine... I actually like it much better than the pink. I have seen pictures and the peach makes it pop more than the pink.

my first instinct is to say keep it simple by sticking to green and white. can you get blue hydrangea to get close to that aqua color?

i like pink with tiffany blue but it might be nice to do an all white centerpiece with some kind of tiffany blue accent ribbon or hanging beads
as for peach, our colors are blue, peach and ivory with some green accents and these are our flowers:
