SAMPLE DRESS?

I dont understand I here people say ask for the dress off the rack- but if I do is it that much cheaper and then what do they do . they dont have the dress for otheres to try on?

I don't know if I understand your question completely, but i bought a sample. But it was at a sample sale, thats when a store sells selected samples....either because it's being discontinued, it's an extra, it's not selling well, etc....many reasons. Not many places will sell you their sample off the rack on a normal day.
