sample sale

Good morning ladies!!!!. There is a sample sale online that starts at 8am. I woke my butt up this earlyy in hopes of getting something for cheap. However, when I clicked their 'SAMPLE SALE' section it says 'there are no items to view' what the heck?!!?!? meanwhile, they are a popular company. I emailed them right now- but I dont think anyone will answer the email this early. They said online that the sale is exclusively through their website and to not contact retailers asking them about the sale. What am I supposed to do? I dont want to go back to sleep (I went to bed at 4am!) and wake up and miss out on certain items I am trying to buy!
