YES YES YES!!! You have to go to Alcatraz (make reservations now it was sold out when we went!!!) Lombard Street, take a ride on the Trolleys... ummm OF COURSE the Golden Gate Bridge and down by the wharf all of the sea lions hang out. It smells bad but it's kinda cool to see... There are also a bunch of pretty decent restaurants near the wharf as well!! Are we friends on Facebook?? There are s bunch of pictures in my albums!!!

I hate San Francisco! But only b/c I have been there 4 times within the last 2 months for work and i am scarred for life!!!

I stay at the four seasons, which is incredible! There is good shopping in union square (basically the 5th avenue of SF), there is also good boutiquies on Height st.

Go to Ghiradelli's square. it used to be a chocolate factory, but now they have a bunch of ice cream shoppes and the hot fudge is AMAZING!

Go to the Wharf and the Ferry Building. Inside the Ferry building is a store with cheese! And there is a bread store right next door and there is a wine store a few stores down. Then go out back and sit on the pier and eat lunch!

Good reccos for dinner: Slanted Door (Inside ferry building, KoKari (i think thats how you spell it) which is the most amazing Greek food ever!!!. There is a small Italian place callled Pazzia on third. It is amazing. The owner, Mossimo, is of the boat from Italy and the pasta is soooo fresh. There is an unbelieveable Thai place on 2nd called Osha. If you go there order the pineapple fried rice, and the tuna tower (if you like tuna tartare), and the green curry, and well everything off that menu its just incredible.

whatever you do, avoid the tenderloin area! Ghetto!

I've been 2 times and I am absolutely in love with that city

ppl gave u good rec's of what to do

my personal fav is just walking on the streets and looking at all the cool rainbow color houses (prepare to walk a lot and up very steep hills). no house has the same color. amazing.

oh and go to the Botanical Gardens if u have time, the most amazing and green parks are in SF

oh and the Coit Tower or the Twin Peaks, u can see the entire city from there

I LOVE SAN FRAN!!! The clam chowder at the wharf is amazing. And def book alkatraz. I have been 2 times and am going again this summer I think. The trolly cars are soooo fun to ride and just hang out by the water and watch the fog roll in and make the golden gate bridge disappear!!

I went there many years ago. I made reservations for Alcatraz's last tour, it's at sunset. They had optional tours at the end that weren't part of the other tours. We went to the infirmary and gor to see where the birdman lived and where Al Capone soaked his behind for hemerrhoids. The lights even went out bc they're on a timer and we used a flashlight to get out. Creepy but an awesome experience!!

Fisherman's wharf was cool. Just make sure your hotel isn't near the Tenderloin border and if it is, make sure you don't go in that direction!!!

San Fran was so fun!!

Def go to Alcatraz and get the audio tour.
