Re: SAND CASTLE
i am getting married there, i have been there numerous times and i am in love with the hall! their food is unbelievable and their service is perfect! if you get married in the spring-fall they have gardens one reason why we picked them, you will be highly impressed, they offer a large menu for a great price! good luck to you! hope you become a sand castle bride! let me know what you decide!!!

Re: SAND CASTLE
I am getting married there in less than 3 weeks! I have never been to anything there and had never heard of it until the week we found it.
Do a search on these boards for sandcastle and you'll find some great reviews! AJsMommy did a great one! There are a few! Good Luck!!!!!
What convinced me that it was the best choice!? After I booked I found out that almost everyone I knew had been to an event and loved loved loved everything about it. Sister's neighbor Maid of Honor Bridesmaid 6 cousins 3 first cousins FH's Grandmother and Aunt Old friend from High School (she got married in March there) My brother's boss when it first opened up got married there. VP at work's secretary got married there and her sister is getting married there end of this year

That sounds awsome to have a theme .. I didnt think of that.. Im getting Married the end of Sept. of 07 I dont have a theme lol .. is anyone using the Trumpet people at the door .. My family thinks they are annoying I think they are cool ... LOL and it goes good with the Castle theme ... Is anyone using music at the Cocktail hour i Want to give my guest some sort of music i dont want it to be just everyone talking and eating without back round music you know.. Any ideas...

Re: SAND CASTLE
as for music in the cocktail room get a harpist or a violinist. the trumpeters are extras, sand castle can give you their number its on the vendor listing they gave me.
just remembered your band can set up music in the cocktail room too like a little piano. talked to mine about it said they could do it.

Re: SAND CASTLE
I'm doing the trumpets. We meet with the house vendor and it was way too expensive for something that is just a frill to the day. We found Royal Brass instead and saved a few hundred.

Re: SAND CASTLE
I Getting a DJ so I wouldn't think they would be able to Do the Cocktail Hour .. SO I think im gonna do the Harpest ... Trumpet men are about the same but I rather have a Harpest while people eat and relax during cocktail hour I called Royal Brass too. and they seemed really reasonable for the Harpiest for one hour... but i dont know when i shoudl start booking these extras .. I mean I have like 17 - 18 months till the wedding
