to all the SC brides with OOT guests, at which hotel are you reserving a block of rooms? Does the hotel have a shuttle available? If not are you arranging for one separately???
TIA, trying to figure out the logistics since we are going to have several guests from other states.

I have VERY few OOT guests, totally not enough to get a block of rooms for.....but i do remember at one of the showcases that a hotel was there. I honestly cant remember which one, but i would talk to your BM. Good luck

LaQuinta has a shuttle service for you. I also think they will give a discount if a certain amount of rooms are blocked off

I am also looking into the la quinta. Their rates are very reasonable and they give a shuttle. Does anyone know if the shuttle is free or how much is it? Or about breakfast deals the next day? TIA for your help

I have my Hotel Block at Uniondale Marriott and I had to get my own SHuttles but Joe from Camelot was amazing and gave us a great price

la quinta had the best deal with shuttles. but we werent feelin it
we stayed at 4 points - which is out of the way - but it was midway between SC and our church in massapequa
we got a shuttle from transstar exec.

If. U don't mind me aksing, rougly how much is a shuttle if u don't get it through the hotel? And is there any reason inparticular u didn't pick la quinta?

Does the shuttle go to your ceremony location too so guests can Lear their cars at hotel??
