Sand Castle, Franklin Square

Hi ladies,

I was just like to get some feedback on the Sand Castle in Franklin Square, has anyone went on the Greece honeymoon?

My sister did, in October 2006. I believe from what she said it's really lovely there, but weather-wise, it wasn't a good time of year to go - it was rainy and cold.

I'm pretty sure they needed a car there to drive around and see stuff. You should repost this on the Newlywed board, cause those girls have probably already honeymooned.

BTW, Sand Castle is DELICIOUS

we just got back from the Sand Castle honeymoon in Greece. We had a great time and would be happy to answer any questions about it.
Generally speaking, it's a small resort, clean, family orientated, with beautiful views of the Aegean. We had a VIP suite with a private pool. The Chania/Platanias area of Crete is great beach community that has mainly European tourists and there are plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby.
