Depending on the type of shoe will also dictate wearing stockings--what's everyone else doing?

Re: sandal vs. closed toe shoes
I was dead set against open toed shoes, until I started trying them on. I couldn't find a single pair of closed toe white shoes that were comfortable. I did however find a truly comfy pair of open toed shoes, so I bought them!

Re: sandal vs. closed toe shoes
I would like to wear closed toe, being that our wedding is in October, I have to find a pair that looks as good as the Vera Wang ones I just saw ...without spending $485 on them!!!

Re: sandal vs. closed toe shoes
I'm in October and I'm doing open toe, but that's mostly because that's what I found that I liked, and because I hate stockings and don't want to have to wear them.
I don't think it really matters either way in October, since the weather can really go either way. Just go shopping and buy whatever you love.

Re: sandal vs. closed toe shoes
I plan on wearing open toe, but if I find a pair of closed toe shoes I fall in love with, I'm not opposed to wearing them.

Re: sandal vs. closed toe shoes
i refuse to ever wear stockings--i hate how they look. so even if i wore closed toe, i wouldn't have worn them because they're so uncomfortable to me.
i was a july bride, so it made sense to have sandals

Re: sandal vs. closed toe shoes
Although i normally love and live in open toed shoes, i am a fan of closed toe for the bride (and bridal party). I just think it looks classier and more formal with a wedding dress.

i'm wearing a peep toe shoe...but i'm not wearing stockings...maybe spanx up to my calf to prevent my chubby wubby thighs from rubbing together but that's it
