IF ANYONE ISPLANNING ON GOING TO SANDALS ANTIGUA MAKE SURE YOU THINK TWICE!!! THE DRINKS WERE AWFUL, NO ROOM AT EITHER SWIM UP BAR! THE ROOM ON THE OLDSIDE OF RESORT AWFUL!!!!!!!! MAKE SURE YOU HOLD ONTO YOUR TOWELS, THERE'S NEVER ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!! VERY EXPENSIVE, NOT WORHT THE MONEY!!!!!!!!

We just got back for our honeymoon in Sandal Grande Antiqua....and we thought it was great! We had stayed in the new Mediteranean Village. The rooms were amazing!! The bathrooms were gorgeous and all the rooms were oceanview with a balcony. I can't speak for the Carribean side of the hotel as far as the rooms go...but there were plenty of restaurants and activites to keep you busy! If you're going in Dec. I woudn't worry...it was lots of fun! Plus we had a fully stocked mini bar that got refilled daily!! How can it get better than that!! LOL

My DH and I just got back too and thought it was amazing. We meet some really great people and the food was amazing. I would not worry.....you'll have a blast

if you are on the new side allwill be good, it's that the old side is old.people are nice .just make sure youput towles on the lounges you want early in the day.book your dinner reservatios through the hotel.much easier. have a good time.
